Summer in Val di Fassa in Italy

For a relaxing holiday in the Dolomites in Italy there's nowhere better than Val di Fassa in summer.

The valley offers a variety of possibilities for fun and entertainment from simple to more challenging activities all surrounded by the stunning backdrop of the most beautiful peaks in the Dolomites from Catinaccio, Latemar, Marmolada, Pordoi as well as Sassolungo.

For those who don't want to venture out alone there are the free activities offered by the local A.P.T. such as: excursions with mountain guides, naturalists (flora, fauna, fungi) and geologists, visits to the high altitude pastures, Nordic walking activities and much more.

In addition there are more strenuous activities you can pay for such as mountain biking, via ferratas and climbing.

The extremely popular cycle lane was opened a few years ago and in the event of bad weather there's the brand new Dolaondes water park!

For those interested in visiting the local towns or museums we are ideally located: in less than an hour you can reach Bolzano and in just under an hour you can get to other famous places such as Merano, Bressanone or Ortisei.
